Winter walking and mountain biking in the Cabo de Gata

We are planning a trip to the Cabo de Gata in February 2016 (around 10 days or so or you can come for a shorter period eg a week. We will be staying in San Jose.
Cabo de Gata Park is an unspoilt, wild and isolated coastal park with a hot desert climate, the driest and sunniest location in Europe. The scenery is spectacular with sharp peaks and crags falling away steeply to the Mediterranean resulting in a series of high cliffs that sweep vertically to the sea, losing themselves in the crystal clear water. There are hidden coves with white sandy beaches, migratory birds, fishing villages, windmills and abandoned mines. We were here about 10 years ago and it is lovely place to go in the winter.
We will be based in a spacious villa with bougainvillea growing on the wall in San Jose, walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach. The house has a large garden and spectacular views from the terrace off the lounge.
Flights are to Almeria (around 20 miles away).
Shared accommodation in twin rooms (one or two people may be in own rooms for which there will be a single supplement)
Accommodation cost: around £90 total cost per person for 10 days, perhaps less, depending on exchange rate etc
Other costs: flights, food, hire cars, hire bikes (if required)
